Who we are
Skills to Performance Ltd ("we", "us") runs this website and the Skills to Performance Accelerator. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17547655. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website: when you browse it, book a call, download a resource, sign up to our updates or contact us. Data shared with us as part of a paid programme, such as headcount or workforce figures, is covered by the agreement we sign with your organisation, not by this policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Website hosting and database: Lovable (Lovable Cloud)
- Call booking: Calendly
- Email, including sending Beyond the Job Title files from info@skillstoperformance.com: [Google Workspace / Microsoft 365]
- Website analytics: none at present
The programme is delivered on SkillSuite™, the platform of our partner Abodoo. We only share your details with Abodoo where needed to deliver a programme you have signed up for.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK, including in the US and the EU. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards approved under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and call bookings: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Beyond the Job Title sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
- Client records: for as long as our contract and legal obligations require (usually 6 years for financial records).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing at any time
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew
To use any of these rights, email info@skillstoperformance.com. We will respond within one month. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
