Elisa is a workforce intelligence consultant, researcher and learning scientist who turns labour-market data and learning science into strategy that organisations and policymakers can act on.

As Chief Skills Officer at Abodoo, she leads skills intelligence work across enterprise, higher education and government. She is an author of Abodoo's 2026 Green Skills Gap white paper and has led published work on EU Erasmus+ programmes, presenting workforce strategy directly to EU policymakers in Brussels.

She is a researcher at the International Centre for EdTech Impact, advises Series A–C EdTech companies, and designs executive masterclasses on skills-based workforce strategy and responsible AI.

Sandra brings deep enterprise learning and transformation experience from her role as VP, Global Learning and Development at Dell Technologies. She shapes the programme's design and delivery, so every session reflects how large organisations actually build and deploy capability.
